Reservations & Payment Policy

Reservations are required for all services to allow for appropriate staffing. A credit card must remain on file to complete a reservation. We are unable to accept checks at this time.

We require a credit card be placed on file and invoices to be paid in full *upon receipt*. Invoices not paid within 48 hours will be automatically charged to your card on file. Holidays will be charged up to one week prior to drop off. If your card on file is expired you will be notified that your reservation request has been deleted and your room will become available to another client. We do not accept checks.  NOTE:  Every invoice will incur a 3.25% Resort Fee.

Cancellation Policy

Effective January 1, 2025:

To secure your pup’s boarding reservation, all clients will be required to pay a 10% deposit at the time of booking. Please review the following details regarding this policy:

  • Non-refundable Deposit: The 10% deposit is non-refundable. However, if you cancel or modify your reservation at least 7 days before your scheduled drop-off date, the deposit may be used as a credit on your account for up to one year.
  • Cancellations After the 7-Day Window: If you cancel or adjust your reservation after the 7-day window, the 10% deposit will not be refunded or transferable to your account.
  • Early Pick-Up: If you pick up your pet earlier than scheduled, you will forfeit the balance of your boarding stay.

Drop Off/Pick Up Policy

Monday - Friday:

Drop Off before 7AM or Pick Up after 6PM will be an additional cost of $5 each (30-minutes max extension) 6:30AM - 6:30PM - no other exceptions can be made due to limited staffing.

Weekends:

Hours of Operation are 9AM - 5PM

Simplified Pet Care with Gingr.

We use Gingr as our online database to manage all reservations, training, grooming, and more. You can easily set up your profile by downloading the Gingr for Pet Parents app.

We encourage all clients to use this app because it’s convenient and time-saving. Through Gingr, you can:

  • Book reservations quickly.
  • Update your pet’s vaccination records.
  • Communicate with our team.
  • Receive updates about your pet’s stay or services.

When creating a new profile, please allow 24-48 hours for processing. We also recommend giving us a call to confirm we’ve received your information.

We love when our fur friends spend the holidays with Our Family; however we will be closed for drop off or pick up on New Years Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day & Christmas Day. Our OFFICE will have limited hours from 7AM - NOON on New Years Eve and Christmas Eve. We will provide the same exceptional handling you have come to expect every day of the year while our guests are visiting. Please make your holiday reservations for drop off & pick up with our new closures in mind. In addition, we will be shortening our drop off & pick up hours on New Years Eve and Christmas Eve to 7AM - Noon.

The resort will undergo extreme deep cleaning & improvements the first 2 weeks in February every year. We WILL REMAIN OPEN but with VERY LIMITED availability so please plan accordingly and make your reservations early.

What vaccinations are required?

We require proof of current shot records to include:

  • Rabies
  • Distemper
  • Parvovirus
  • Bordetella
  • Negative fecal

Are daycare packages refundable?

Daycare packages are non-refundable and all unused day care days expire after 1 year from date of purchase.

Do you offer any discounts?

For parents of 3 or more pups, we offer a 10% discount on day care and boarding.

What do I need to bring for boarding?

Please bring the following:

  • Leash with name on it
  • Food with feeding instructions
  • Medications with clear directions
  • Treats (we do not provide treats due to risk of allergies)

What should I NOT bring for boarding?

Please do not bring toys, measuring cups, beds, or blankets.

Health Policy for Dogs Displaying Respiratory Symptoms.

To protect the health and safety of all dogs in our care, we have implemented the following policy regarding respiratory illnesses:

  • Symptoms of Illness: If your dog is showing any signs of respiratory illness—such as coughing, hacking, sneezing, or other related symptoms—they will be turned away from our facility.
  • Doctor’s Clearance: To return, you must provide a doctor’s note confirming that your dog is not contagious to others.
  • Active Symptoms: Dogs actively coughing or showing symptoms will not be permitted in group play or allowed in our facility.
  • Medications for Viruses: If your dog is currently on medication for a contagious virus, we reserve the right to deny service until they are fully cleared.

Our priority is to maintain a clean and healthy environment for all pets. By adhering to this policy, we can minimize the risk of illness and ensure the well-being of every dog in our care.

What if my dog doesn't like to socialize?

For parents with non-aggressive pups who may not thrive in a social environment, we are delighted to offer our exclusive"Run with a Buddy" option.  Here, we prioritize the comfort and happiness of your sensitive dog by providing them with undivided 1:1 attention from our experienced staff members during their playtime sessions. This personalized experience guarantees a stress-free, tailored day of fun in a safe and secure environment, ensuring your pup enjoys their own unique brand of canine delight while giving you peace of mind.
